So many of you have come to Access Acting Academy expressing desire to become Voice-Over artists. So we are thrilled to announce our new Voice Over Panel and Workshop Series. 1st up is a panel on Audio Description and Narration.

Roy Samuelson is arguably the best Audio Description Narrator in the business. His breadth of experience is unmatched in Hollywood. And he is a ferocious advocate for blind and low vision folx and our access to entertainment.

Colleen Connor, a blind voice-over artist herself, is one of the leaders in coaching voice artists in Audio Description (AD) and, through her business Audio Description Training Retreats, trains professionals in the voicing, writing, editing, and understanding of AD and the industry.

Roy and Colleen will talk all things Audio Description. What it is, who’s doing it, who’s not, current trends, and how to become an Audio Description Artist. At the end of the panel, which will be hosted by Access Acting Academy’s Voice Teacher, Sammi Grant, Roy & Colleen will be taking your questions. So get your queries ready!
