We are inherently rich with creative potential. No one is missing anything necessary to become an impactful creator. We are the future of this industry.

The Revolution has begun.

Access Acting Academy is a 1st-of-its-kind actor training studio for blind, low vision, and visually impaired adults, teens, and kids. Training of this caliber and level of accessibility has never been offered before. Until now.

After our wildly successful 5-week full-time flagship acting program in Los Angeles earlier in 2020, we knew this vital work needed to be available to everyone, everywhere. So in the Fall of 2020 we went VIRTUAL and began offering individual classes on Zoom.

Our online ZOOM Fall classes were made up of core Acting, Voice, Movement, Embodiment, Musical Theater, and The Business of Acting classes. And our SLAM SERIES featured master classes in Solo Show Creation and Self-Taping.

Now is the time and here is the place for the profoundly rich and untapped pool of blind talent to be cultivated, celebrated, and realized!

Note from the
Executive Director

“This Academy and its classes go beyond accommodations and accessibility. This is about the evolution of thoughts and beliefs about our humanity. This is about innovating training and an artistic aesthetic that centers and fully embraces the robust, dynamic, and rich diversity of human perception and experience. And most importantly, this is about the irrevocable fact that each of us has an undeniable creative force within us that is meant to emerge and express.  This is our right as humans.  To realize and reveal our radiance and exquisite grace in the world.”
